Tablet users who want to utilize their tablet PCs as desktop workstations would no doubt appreciate an Android-tailored wireless mouse. Announced this May, the Logitech mouse for Android 3.1+ is now available for purchase online, and joins the previously-launched tablet-oriented physical keyboard.
German ISP announces entry into tablet computer marke
The German arm of Internet Service Provider and Web Host 1&1 has unveiled its own 7-inch tablet computer. The ARM-powered, Android SmartPad comes with WiFi connectivity, a gigabyte of internal storage and some custom apps. Along with a pair of Android 3.1-based tablets, Lenovo has unveiled its plans to release the 10.1-inch Lenovo IdeaPad Tablet P1, powered by the 1.5GHz Intel Atom CPU and running the Windows 7 OS. Despite the fact that this system is not as tablet-tailored as Android Honeycomb, and Windows 8 has already been revealed as a touch-optimized OS, Lenovo apparently believes there still is a market for aWin 7-based tablet. The device is due out in the fourth quarter of 2011.+
